Bridges to Care Available in Meeting Room A to Connect Individuals to Community Resources

The Arc's Bridges to Care program will be on site and available to the comunity every other Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Library Meeting Room A. The staff person coming will be a bilingual English and Spanish speaker.

Bridges to Care is a referral-based service from the Arc of Lane County that helps connect individuals and families of all abilities to community resources. They do not provide direct financial or material help This referral service is for people of all abilities.

They can provide referrals for resources related to housing, food and basic needs, health and wellness, emotional and mental health, disability services and programs, and community connections.
