Join Callie and Emily on a journey into a space where movement, breath, and vibration come together to restore harmony within. Experience the transformative practices of Kundalini Yoga and the restorative frequencies of sound healing. Through movement and breathwork, we’ll awaken our inner energy and prepare the body to fully receive the medicine of sound.

.

Bathed in the vibrations of crystal bowls, gong, chimes and tuning forks, our minds and bodies are invited into deep relaxation and regulation.

.

No prior yoga or sound healing experience is needed—simply come as you are, ready to relax and regulate.

.

Callie Maggiori is a ceremonial leader, Kundalini yoga teacher and sound therapist. She blends these multiple modalities to craft unique experiences for people. She is deeply devoted to cultivating high vibrational spaces of healing, activation and transformation.

Emily Hooten is a passionate Sound Healing Practitioner, certified Reiki Practitioner, and dedicated nurse at the University of Oregon. She has a deep passion for all things health, wellness, and high vibrational.
