Selections From the Gallery Portfolio

About this event

Highlighting artworks by Japanese, Chinese, and Northwest artists, this exhibit showcases a wide range of media, including woodblock prints, etchings, mezzotints, silkscreen prints, and oil and sumi ink paintings. From 19th-century ukiyo-e artists like Tsukioka Yoshitoshi (1839-1892) and Kunisada Utagawa (1786-1865) to contemporary artists such as Katsunori Hamanishi (b. 1949) and Xuesheng He (b. 1963), the pieces demonstrate the mastery of these artists whose works are in museum collections around the world. We hope you'll come to sample these world-class artworks in downtown Eugene!
