About this event

Join us in creating a gradient of edible plants from the new Urban Farm Riverside to a native plant food forest! These plantings will take place over 3 different events, so if you can't make it to this one, we welcome you to join us next time! In partnership with Friends of Trees, the UO Natural Areas Program is planting 280 trees this term. This is an event for everyone: students, faculty, community members, and families. Supplies and snacks will be provided; just come prepared with weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toed shoes.

Meet at the Frohnmayer Footbridge (south side) where we will walk to the planting site on the east side of the Willamette River Natural Area.

Listed by University of Oregon (Localist), gathered by the Eugene events calendar.
