Baby & Me Yoga Series

About this event

A class to truly come as you are! Experience community and an empowering postpartum space. For parents with their babies ages 2 months to 12 months. A space for Mamas to get to move, where they can also nurse, change a diaper, babies (or mamas) can cry without judgement, nap- whatever needs to happen. This will be a gentle yoga practice- with the intention to help stretch and open sore shoulders, reintroduce core and pelvic floor muscles, learn some baby yoga exercises, and explore the beautiful new body that evolved after you brought your recent little one into the world. Beginner friendly, No yoga experience necessary.
