Beginners and experience participants welcome!! Improve body awareness, strength and mobility, enhance breathing and balance, bolster body posture and alignment, increase vagal tone and reduce anxiety, and find flow state while having fun! Led by Matthew Coe, with 30+ years teaching martial arts, yoga and functional movement. Classes draw from multiple disciplines including qigong, Yang and Zhaobao Taijiquan, and more.
