About this event
We meet every Saturday morning to meditate and share the Buddhist dharma, particularly how it shows up in our lives and how it can help support us to live better lives. The first Saturdays are community member led, the second and fourth are led by our guiding teacher, and the third Saturday will be a silent sit with some ability to socialize. All are welcome.
