- ➤ Eugene-based Claim 52 Brewery will open a brewpub at 748 SW Bay Blvd in Newport in early May after completing minor renovations to a site once used by Rogue Ales. Owner Jeremiah Marsden said the move will support local craft brewing culture and may include hiring former Rogue staff. KLCC
