- ➤ A local church is hosting its second annual Tulips and Treats fundraiser on Friday and Saturday, selling potted tulips and baked goods to support Palestinians recovering from the conflict. - ➤ Sip and Seams returns to Eugene at 2975 Chad Drive for two weekends of secondhand fashion sales April 10–12 and April 17–18, with a half-price sale on April 19 (unsold items will be donated to Hope and Safety Alliance) to support local community needs. KEZI

- ➤ A new statewide survey by Gov. Kotek’s Prosperity Council released Tuesday shows high costs, taxes and regulations are limiting business growth. Eugene Area Chamber of Commerce President Quick-Warner said local business leaders urge fixes to the corporate activity tax and quick financing for an airport expansion project to boost the local economy. - ➤ PeaceHealth placed Oregon region CEO (Dr. Jim McGovern) on administrative leave Friday amid a review after a RiverBend Medical Center committee raised concerns. The health system will transition to Lane Emergency Physicians this summer to maintain emergency care for Lane residents. NBC 16
