  • A tanker truck carrying fuel and milk crashed Friday morning near Belknap Springs — spilling 275 gallons of diesel and up to 7,000 gallons of milk into a creek that flows into the Upper McKenzie River, prompting local agencies to deploy containment booms to protect water supplies.  KVAL
