- ➤ Oregon Allergy Associates in Eugene reported very high grass pollen levels in South Willamette Valley because of warm, sunny weather, and they said pollen counts will remain high from late May through early July. - ➤ City officials are seeking a developer to build housing on the North Butterfly Lot next to the Farmer’s Market Pavilion, a half-acre parcel bought from Lane County in 2019.
