- ➤ Lane County is offering couples a unique chance to marry with a vampirates theme on Oct 31—County Clerk Tommy Gong and his staff will lead themed scaremonies at the County Clerk’s Office on East 8th Avenue. Fifteen 20-minute slots will run from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., and couples must secure a marriage license by applying online and visiting the office at least three days before the ceremony with fees of $60 for the license and $117 for the ceremony.
