Good morning, Eugene. Here's your local news at a glance for Friday, the 17th of October.

COMMUNITY NEWS

  • In Eugene, fall leaf collection will start in November and residents must drop off leaves at approved sites to avoid hazards—guidelines restrict placing them on streets, gutters, bike lanes, or near parked vehicles.
