This one’s going to be a blast — six unique kitchens serving their own chili creations , a draft list stacked with GABF medal‑winning beers and ciders , live + jam‑friendly music , a raffle , and yes… a little football . Welcome to Chili Fest 2026 .

• Mezcal Fashioned - Mezcal, Reposado, Cinnamon Demerara, Orange Bitters, Aztec Chocolate Bitters

On Chili— Each of our creative kitchens is crafting their own chili for the event. Here’s what you can expect to taste:

• Lani Moku Grill | Island Chili | Hearty chili with ground beef, pineapple pork sausage, bacon, sweet beans and spices

• Green-Go Tacos

• Cup of Chili topped with cheddar jack cheese and sour cream

• Chili Nachos with sour cream & olives

• Once Famous Grill | Chili Dog & Chili Burger

• M24 Sushi | Firecracker Chili Bowl | Sushi rice topped with spicy tuna, spicy salmon, tempura-fried jalapeño, radish, and seaweed salad. Finished with a drizzle of spicy mayo

• Cozmic Charlie’s

• Chili Cheese Fries made with our cheese sauce

• Chili Mac (Midwest Style)

• Regular Chili

Every kitchen will offer a 4 oz tasting cup , making it easy to try as much chili as possible. For every chili item you try, you’ll earn one raffle entry. The raffle winner will be contacted Monday morning following the event.
