About this event

half flow, half workshop and drill all about elevating your practice with advanced asanas and deep dive breakdowns and drills of common confusing areas. this class will break down arm balances, binds and inversions as well as things like Sun A and other common flows that we do often in class and may want to understand more. This class is perfect for the Yogi who wants to add these layers to their practice or feels confident in the posture modifications and you want to a place to safely begin to add the additional postures to your practice. Mats will be set up on the perimeter of the studio so there is always access to a wall for additional modification and support.
