William Shakespeare's Twelfth Night

About this event

Twin siblings, Viola and Sebastian, are shipwrecked and separated off the coast of Illyria and neither suspects the other has survived. As a young woman in a strange land, Viola opts to disguise herself as the pageboy Cesario and soon finds employment with the dashing duke Orsino, who gives her/him the task of helping him secure the affections of the lovely lady Olivia. But when Viola falls for the duke and Olivia falls for Cesario things get, as they say, complicated. Meanwhile, a whole host of fools, fighters, prigs and pranksters can’t help but also get drawn into this wild whirlpool of romance and ridiculousness that could only happen on Twelfth Night.
