About this event

Artificial intelligence is transforming education, work, and everyday life. How can universities and organizations adapt to these changes, to harness AI's potential while simultaneously preserving the human qualities that drive innovation, learning, and meaningful connection?

Join University of Oregon alumnus and author Mohan Nair for a fireside chat with Dr. Beth Plale, Executive Director of the School of Computer and Data Sciences. Drawing on themes from his book Unreachable: How Not to Lose Your Mind in an AI-Obsessed Era, Nair will share insights on navigating the opportunities and challenges of an AI-driven world.

The conversation will be followed by audience Q&A and discussion led by Dr. Bruce Blonigen, Dean of the Lundquist College of Business, and a reception for continued networking and exchange of ideas with Mohan Nair.

Listed by University of Oregon (Localist), gathered by the Eugene events calendar.
