Join Jordan Lindstrom-Demant for a Kundalini Yoga workshop exploring the Radiant Body—the energetic presence associated with personal magnetism, courage, and radiance. Through yogic postures, specialized breathing techniques (pranayama), mantra, mudra, and meditation, we’ll cultivate energy, strengthen our inner light, and build a strong auric field.

Jordan Lindstrom-Demant loves Yoga for its mental, emotional, physical healing power and powerful effective practices. In 2013 she undertook an immersive month of Kundalini teacher training in Espanola, New Mexico, and has currently completed 500 hours of Kundalini yoga training and been accepted into the Aquarian Teacher Academy. Jordan has participated in numerous other teacher trainings, studying Yin yoga, Meditation and Pranayama, Clarity Breathwork, Clearlight Healing, Sacred Art and Yoga therapy. Her mission is to use the practice of Yoga to bring more peace and joy to those in the community.
