- ➤ In 2025, Greenhill Humane Society cared for over 5,750 animals, nearly all from Lane County. Visitors can adopt pets daily from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the shelter, which received most of its funding from donations and grants — including a $15,000 gift from Petco Love. KEZI
- ➤ Looking Glass announced its Giving Tree program provided essential items to nearly 300 homeless and struggling youth in Eugene, thanks to support from local partners like Valley River Center and Claim 52 Brewing. The program delivered items including socks, coats, jeans (among other essentials) to those in need. KEZI
CULTURE NEWS
- ➤ Trans musician Joshua Dillabaugh from Eugene recorded duets that blend his pre- and post-hormone therapy voice to capture his evolving sound. He is working on his first album and will tour later in 2026 + he credits local mentors for supporting his creative journey. KLCC
