- ➤ Starry Bites is taking part in Eugene’s Vegan Chef Challenge this month by launching three new vegan dishes that invite both vegans and non-vegans to sample and vote on creative plant-based flavors — a beet burger made with beets, lentils, and pistachios highlights the innovation. KEZI
