  • The Duck Pen is offering a valet service for bikes, bags and other items at Autzen Stadium home games. The drop-off near the south entrance opens four hours before kickoff (minimum $5 donation) and benefits the CLF Network.  NBC 16

  • Oregon Mozart Players present Rising Tides, a concert exploring changes in nature and society with local youth soloists and competition winners—featuring works by Mendelssohn, Ginastera and Beethoven. The event at Beall Concert Hall starts at 7:30 p.m. today.  KEZI

EDUCATION NEWS

  • Eugene Science Center is hosting an Earth Day celebration today from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the science center, offering hands-on STEM activities, science demonstrations & planetarium shows along with a preview of the Outdoor Science Park exhibit for families of all ages.  KEZI
  • A tree grown from seeds that orbited the moon with Apollo 14 now stands on the University of Oregon campus following NASA’s Artemis II mission on April 1, linking decades of space research with a living reminder of human innovation (an enduring symbol for exploration).  KVAL

  • Health Care for All Oregon’s Lane County Chapter hosts a town hall at the Unitarian Universalist Church Sunday, April 19 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. to discuss universal health care with State Sen.
